Professor Jean-Marc Schwartz at Touro University in California found that removing fructose can improve your health in only eight days. Fructose is found in 75 percent of packaged food and drinks, it is converted into fat instead of digesting which adds extra weight to the body. One way to ditch HFCS is by avoiding flavored yogurt, mixed drinks and most processed foods.
