The Hallelujah Diet, Most Popular Diet

January is one of the most popular months for diets and according to Hitwise, an internet intelligence gathering service, the Hallelujah Diet was the most searched for diet this season. And probably with good reason, it works.

First, the Hallelujah diet is really not a diet, it’s a lifestyle. Diets don’t work, you have to make lifestyle changes in order to get permanent weight loss results. Anyone that’s been on a diet can testify to this, including myself.

Second, the diet has the right combination of recommendations.

  • a diet fill with mostly fresh, raw, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and natural grains
  • no refined or processed foods
  • eliminate animal products from your diet
  • minimal consumption of steamed or cooked vegetables
  • use natural and good fats
  • elimination of condiments, additives and preservatives

Really, it’s more about what you don’t eat that makes the difference here. The Hallelujah diet focuses on the foods mentioned in the Bible:

“And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat [food].” – Genesis 1:29

If you concentrate on these foods, you won’t eat what is most prevalent in our market today, the processed and refined foods that cause the most damage to our bodies and result in weight gain, emotional issues, disease and much more.

I’ve reviewed the Hallelujah Diet in more depth here.

And you don’t need to believe in the Bible to get the benefits either. The principles are right on and work, regardless of your religious beliefs.

As a lifestyle, the Hallelujah Diet works and if you’re looking to make a change in your health, lose weight, gain more energy, or just feel better, I encourage you to read more and take action now.

To your best health!
