Lack of Sleep Causes You to Eat More

Researchers from Columbia University have found that when you don't get enough sleep, you tend to eat up to 300 calories more a day than a well-rested person. And to make matters worse, when you're tired, the type of foods you reach for most include ice cream, one of the worst foods you can eat, especially at night right before going to bed.
