I have to respectfully disagree. This article http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/96913.php that covers the results from last year has the CDC admitting that last year's viruses targeted the wrong strains. In fact missing 2 of the 3 large strains completely. It just doesn't make logical sense, you can avoid the flu easily without ever having a shot. Why inject yourself with toxins and bacteria? We weren't designed to have chemicals dumped in our bloodstream to try and fight off a virus. It's simple to avoid with simple lifestyle changes as I mentioned in the post above.</p> <p>And the argument that they wouldn't have gotten pneumonia if they didn't have the flu is flawed because if the government is going to use those figures, they should be reported accurately. And we can't establish for a fact that the person who died, originally had the flu and wouldn't have gotten pneumonia or another illness and die. The fact they did get the flu or any other illness is due to the fact they had a compromised immune system, not because they didn't have a flu shot! Since changing my diet to fresh, whole and plant based and staying active, I haven't been sick, had the flu or any other illness for 5 years - all without one shot or dose of ANY medication even though I'm exposed to the viruses, bacteria and germs every day.</p> <p>All the best for your health!</p> Thanks for your comment.
