Hey..
I am a heavy smoker living alone with very active sexual life, thou have slowed down sexually in the last 3-4 months.
I am loosing weight on a daily basis and have tried all kinds of high protein high fat diets and power shakes, none seems to work besides getting my stomach to go really upset..
Please advice..can slowing down from sex can lead to weight loss or is it just an unhealthy lifestyle.
