The autopsy on actor Heath Ledger was not conclusive and has revealed apparently no foul play and no illicit drug use.
What was found near the body was a combination of over-the-counter and prescription medications. Apparently the prescription sleeping pills Ambien and anti-anxiety drugs were being used by the actor prior to his death.
